You will be expected to fill our Aesthetic and Medical questionnaire prior to booking a treatment date. Along with this you will also receive instructions on what preparation needs to be done, and post-procedure instructions. Our doctor will review it and you will be informed whether you are medically suitable to have the procedure performed and if suitable a doctor consultation date and time is booked.
The doctor will go through your Aesthetic and Medical forms, discuss your concerns and expectations. A personalised treatment plan will be discussed and mutually agreed. The costs will be informed and if you decide to go ahead with the procedure, both you and the doctor will have to sign and date our informed consent form
